Aug 2012 - Feb 2019

Lansing acquired this 31-acre residentially zoned property and initiated the process of a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to reclassify it from Residential to Medium Industrial through San Bernardino County. Through extensive community outreach efforts, including multiple meetings with local residents and stakeholders, Lansing successfully secured widespread support for the project. As a result, the plan for 490,000 square feet of industrial development received unanimous approval from both the County Planning Commission and the County Board of Supervisors.
