In 2025, Nick Lansing launched Lansing Capital Group to expand these exclusive investment opportunities to a broader audience. With over 20 years of distinguished legal experience, Mark Clairmont is a trusted advisor and strategic partner to land developers, real estate investors, and property owners and managers across the commercial, retail, industrial, and residential sectors. Known for his sharp legal acumen and problem-solving prowess, Mark’s expertise spans complex business transactions, high-stakes litigation, and a broad range of real estate matters. His specialized knowledge of railroad-related property issues, honed during his extensive representation of Union Pacific Railroad Company throughout California, sets him apart as an authority in this niche area of law.

Mark’s legal career is marked by landmark achievements, including his pivotal role in a 2002 quiet title action for Union Pacific, where his successful litigation led the Second Appellate District to uphold the constitutionality of California’s Marketable Record Title Act for the first time in state history (101 Cal.App.4th 1209)—a precedent-setting victory that underscores his litigation expertise.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and has been a licensed California attorney since 2000. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, obtained in 1997. His dedication, legal insight, and unwavering commitment to excellence have made him an indispensable asset to every client and project he supports.

Renowned for his strategic financial acumen, Kirk’s responsibilities include tax audits and compliance, cash flow management, financial analysis, return on investment (ROI) assessments, and the efficient distribution of K-1s to investors. His sharp attention to detail and proactive approach have been pivotal in optimizing financial performance and ensuring regulatory excellence. Additionally, he serves as the company’s trusted liaison with bankers and lenders, fostering strong financial partnerships. Kirk holds a Master of Science in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California, bringing both expertise and integrity to Lansing’s financial leadership.
